Virallisesti Castelli saa antaa näille jalkojen lämmittimille luokituksen UPF 50+, mutta laboratorio testien mukaan ne blokkasivat 99,8% haitallisista UV-säteistä. Materiaalina on käytetty polyesteriä, joka blokkaa tehokkaasti UV-säteitä, mutta pitää sinut myös paremmin kuivana - näin ollen ne toimivat paremmin sekä viileissä että lämpimissä olosuhteissa. Rakenteesta on eliminoitu hankaavat saumat ja suuaukoissa on käytetty kaksipuolista silikonia, joka pitää lämmittimet paikallaan.
