Hold Fast straps are the best, but if the strap has gotten too old, what if you replaced them instead of buying brand new straps? That is, if the adhesive surfaces and the hardware are in order you can get new B-straps here.
Remove the straps from the pedals, replace the B-sides being sure to add them to the correct side. After that, just re-install and you're back on the road.
